The Automatic Vent Opener is capable of lifting up to 15.4 lbs (7 kg), making it compatible with a wide range of greenhouse windows and vents. Installation is straightforward, with a fitting accessory pack and a detailed manual provided for easy set-up.

Regarding the working conditions and maintenance, the start-open temperature can be adjusted from 15°C to 23°C (59°F to 73.4°F) by rotating the cylinder clockwise to lower the open temperature or counterclockwise to increase it. When the temperature reaches 35°C (95°F) or above, the window will be fully opened, with a maximum open distance of 18" (45 cm) from the window sill to the bottom rail.

To ensure optimal performance, all moving parts should be lubricated after installation, and periodic lubrication is recommended. When the window is not in use, such as during the winter, it is advised to remove the cylinder from the opener to prevent any accidental openings due to warm weather. Additionally, the piston rod should be lubricated and checked to ensure smooth operation if the vent opener has been idle for an extended period.

For storage, the vent opener should be kept in a cool, dry place. The Automatic Vent Opener is available in four variants: Automatic Single Spring Silver Aluminum, Automatic Single Spring Black Stainless Steel, Automatic Double Spring Black Stainless Steel, and Automatic Double Spring Silver Aluminum. Additionally, a Heavy Duty Automatic Vent Opener with a 132 lb (60 kg) lift capacity is also offered.
