The Hello. Dr 13" Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven can reach temperatures of up to a massive 900°F, allowing you to cook authentic pizza in just 90 seconds. Equipped with a dual-fuel burner (Propane and wood burner), the multi-fuel design offers the flexibility to switch between gas and wood-burning options for the perfect outdoor cooking experience.

When using the gas option, please use AA or AAA batteries (refer to the battery cover or user manual). To ensure proper gas burner operation, please remove the isolation plate from the bottom of the oven. The isolation plate should only be installed when using wood fuel to keep out ash.

The oven should be preheated for 30 minutes and reach around 400°C/752°F. If the oven is not getting hot, it may be due to strong wind impairing the heating performance. Please place the pizza oven in a wind-protected location. If the thermometer is not working, the oven may still be hot.
