The KOXXUD Double Spring Greenhouse Window Opener is designed to optimize the shortcomings of conventional single-spring window openers. INSTALLATION GUIDANCE: Step 1: Place the black cylinder in the refrigerator to cool. When the refrigerator temperature is 0°C to 8°C, cooling should be done for around 10 minutes; when the temperature is below 0°C, cooling should take approximately 5 minutes. Compress the black cylinder inward to facilitate mounting it on the window opener bracket. Step 2: Align the A hole and B hole in a straight line, and then let the black cylinder pass through both holes. Step 3: Insert the short buckle into the C hole or D hole, depending on the open window distance. If the distance is greater than 42cm/16.53in, choose the C hole; if less than 42cm/16.53in, choose the D hole. Ensure the short buckle passes through the small hole of the black cylinder metal bar, then press down firmly to secure it. Step 4: Exert force to pull both sides of the window opener bracket outward (preferably with the assistance of 2 people) to bring the G thread and H hole close together. Turn the G thread to fix it on the H hole, taking care not to use excessive force to avoid breaking the metal bar of the black cylinder. If the operation is difficult, cool the black cylinder in the refrigerator again. Step 5: Pass the long buckle through the E and F holes simultaneously, and press hard to ensure the long buckle is firmly fastened. Step 6: Fix the I and J components on both sides of the window. If the window is made of wood, it can be fixed directly on top; if made of metal, add rectangular metal pieces at the fixing location.

If the installed window opener does not function, check the following: 1. The installation method may be incorrect. Refer to the video and instruction manual to reinstall. 2. The black cylinder may be stuck. Apply a drop of oil on the inside of the black cylinder thread, and manually stretch the cylinder several times. 3. If the above methods are not effective, immerse the black cylinder in 35-45°C water for 30 minutes. If it extends, the cylinder can operate normally (possibly due to incorrect installation, reinstall per the instructions). If there is no extension, the black cylinder is damaged and will need replacement.
