Automatic Greenhouse Window Opener for Ventilation

The automatic roof vent opener is made of durable aluminium alloy material, sturdy and strong, reusable, and not prone to breaking or rusting, ensuring long-term use. The dual spring greenhouse opener utilizes a double spring design, which improves the limited load-bearing capacity of single-spring window openers, resulting in greater thrust and enhanced durability.

The solar heat-driven automatic greenhouse window opener does not require batteries or electricity. The opener will remain open when the temperature reaches 25°C, and close when it drops to 18°C, maintaining the ideal growing temperature and preventing greenhouse overheating.

The replacement greenhouse vent opener with a double spring can withstand a maximum bearing force of up to 15 kg/33 lbs, making it suitable for use not only on lightweight aluminium alloy windows but also on wooden windows.

To use the device, follow these steps:

1. Place the black cylinder in the refrigerator to cool. When the refrigerator temperature is between 0°C and 8°C, the cooling time is approximately 10 minutes; when the temperature is below 0°C, the cooling time is about 5 minutes.

2. Compress the black cylinder inward, which makes it easier to mount on the window opener bracket.

3. Align the A hole and B hole in a straight line.

4. Insert the black cylinder through both the A and B holes.

5. Insert the short buckle into the C hole or D hole, depending on the open window distance. When the open window distance is greater than 42 cm/16.53 in, choose the C hole; when it is less than 42 cm/16.53 in, choose the D hole.

6. When the short buckle is inserted into the C hole (or D hole), simultaneously pass the short buckle through the small hole of the black cylinder metal bar, press down firmly, and secure it tightly.

7. Firmly pull both sides of the window opener bracket outward (preferably with the assistance of 2 people) to bring the G thread and H hole close together.

8. Turn the G thread and let it fix on the H hole. Note that you should not use excessive force to avoid breaking the metal bar of the black cylinder. If it is difficult to operate, please cool the black cylinder in the refrigerator again.

9. Insert the long buckle through the E and F holes simultaneously and press hard to secure the long buckle firmly.

10. Fix I and J on both sides of the window.

11. If the window is made of wood, it can be fixed directly on top of the window; if the window is made of metal, please add rectangular pieces of metal at the fixing place.

If the black cylinder is stuck, you can use a drop of oil on the inside of the thread and manually stretch the black cylinder several times. If the above methods are not applicable, please submerge the black cylinder in 35-45°C water for 30 minutes. If the black cylinder extends after 30 minutes, it can operate normally (possibly due to incorrect installation, so reinstall according to the video and instruction manual). If there is no extension, the black cylinder is damaged, and a replacement will be provided.
